YOUR WEDDING IN A PLACE FULL OF CHARM !

Just imagine your guests celebrating the event on the terrace, surrounded by mountains, in the garden of les Chalets de la Serraz.

For the wedding meal, our restaurant cosily decorated in the real mountain spirit, will be the perfect place to welcome between 60 and 70 guests sitting around round and rectangular tables.

The wedding is welcome in the best conditions :
-unique surroundings for unforgettable pictures
- an open air swimming-pool
- a TV and video room in a mezzanine for the children
- a room for dancing into the night


We look after the party with professional help till 4.00 pm



 
    YOUR RECEPTION

In May (from the 23rd), June, September, November and December (till the 15 th) you will be enchanted by the mountain landscape.

When the weather is good the terrace and the garden are available to set up the welcome drinks.



Your reception will take place in the restaurant (where 70 people can be seated) and the whole hotel will be yours.

A baby-sitting service is available.
Coatroom and parking (50 cars) are also at your disposal.

 



WELCOME DRINKS

It is possible to set up an open air buffet on the terrace with pastries, hot, cold, sweet or savoury appetizers and champagne or sparkling wine from the Savoie.

THE PARTY

Laurent is the professional who takes care of the music , rate from 700 Euros
Ask us about details ).
Désiré will play accordion during the reception (80 Euros) for an authentic atmosphere


DINNER

For adult we suggest 3 types of menus at 38 € and 45 €, for children
one menu at 20 € (from 2 to 8 years old).
Coffee, wines and other drinks are extra.
You can choose wines from our wine list, or bring your own champagne
(14 € tax per bottle, 25 € per Magnum).

BRUNCH :
On the buffet from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm

19 € per person :
Sliced Farmhouse Bread ,Assorted large sausages, dry sausages and small sausages, faisselle, fruited yoghurts, nature yoghurts, seasonal fruits basket, cooked ham, little dannish pastries (raisins croissant, croissant, chocolate croissant), assorted breads : olives-cereals, fruits juices (orange, grapefrui, apple juice), hot drinks (coffe ,tea ,hot chocolate), homemade jam, cereals.

SAVOYARD BUFFET :
For Sunday lunch, we suggest a buffet on the terrace.
Fixed Price : 50 Euros per person, everything is included (Aperitif, buffet wines and coffee).

We will welcome you in an authentic mountain chalet where we can accomodate 35 persons in rooms from 2 to 4 persons and in the chalets from 4 to 5 persons.

Breakfast Rate : 16.50 €
Local Taxe : 0.75 €/person/day
Baby additional bed: 17 €

CANCELLATION :
Deposit : In case of cancellation 6 months or less before the wedding day , there will be no refund of the deposit.
30 % deposit is required .
The bill for the menus depends on the number of confirmed guests.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the wedding day , the number of confirmed guests will be invoiced ( because of the food will have been purchase ).

DURATION :
Limited until 2.00 am
Extension : +150 Euros per hour will be charged , until 4.00 am .
ROOM for the party + SACEM Rights° : 150 Euros
FOR SAFETY REASON : THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FROM THE EVENING TO THE MORNING , AT 9.00 AM
