Breakfast
Would you prefer tea, coffee or fruit juice? Enjoy our continental buffet breakfast from 8am to 10:30am. You'll find pastries, fresh bread, homemade jams and cakes. Enjoy a range of local cold meats and cheeses. We regularly offer French toast, crêpes, omelettes... All homemade. And in summer, why not enjoy it on the terrace?
Massages
Whether you're looking to relieve stress, ease muscular tension or rediscover inner harmony, we have the perfect massage for you. Laura, a certified well-being masseuse, offers a range of massages and durations, from cocooning to post-sport (1h: 120€; 1h30: 150€), solo or duo. Immerse yourself in a world of tranquility and relaxation in our warm and welcoming setting. Reservations are highly recommended in advance of your stay.
Skibus shuttles
Travel with ease between the snow-covered slopes and your hotel thanks to the resort's Skibus shuttle service. La Clusaz offers a free shuttle service in summer and winter to the village center and other resorts in the Aravis Massif. You'll find a stop right in front of the hotel "La Serraz" and we're on line number 7.
Conciergerie
Whether it's organizing a ski outing, recommending the best local restaurants or arranging transport to and from Les Rhodos restaurant on Col des Aravis, our dedicated concierge service is at your service. With an in-depth knowledge of the region and a passion for hospitality, we strive to meet every request with precision: ski rental, sled rental, restaurant reservations, private shuttle management; various activities (dog sledding, snowshoeing...).
